These are professing Christians who exemplify their faith in a very Christ like way.
To them we say God Bless You! The fruit of your salvation truly is a shining light.

Churches so loyal to our ministry would mandate that any or all church materials were to be purchased here. Some churches did this from the very beginning and were never let down by our dedicated service to them and their ministry. And yes they were always given the best and fair price. Partners in Christ!

Churches from out of town would spend the time and gas to pick up all their orders so our ministry would not endure any unnecessary expenses.

Customers who are so unbelievably friendly and come in regularly. The employees thank you so much. You kept us going and encouraged us to tolerate the things we had to put up with.

To our out of town customers who made a conscience effort to come to the store when they were in town. Most from Wyoming, Nevada, Idaho, and some as far away from Indiana, Minnesota and Illinois. These were dedicated repeat customers! We never charged any of them a single dime for shipping. They deserved it.

To those who stepped up in our last days of closing. Those who were emotionally upset, concerned about the staff, assisting us with so many issues to you we say thank you so much. You really stood out during this challenging time.

Christian Book Distributors is stealing all the web site names of all the Christian book stores in the country. They do this by changing just one letter in the format and pay google to put them on top. Go ahead, try it. Notice they capitalize the "A" in And. Our name appears Christian Gift and Bible. CBD has it come up Christian Gift And Bible. This way people actually thought they were buying from us. Now I ask you, is this genuine Christian behavior? Yet we support their business? Jesus says, "beware of another Jesus, a wolf in sheeps clothing.

Customers and yes churches who order things and do not pick them up or even call us to say they no longer want the item.

You want us to match Amazons price, get it to you in one day (which we would do anyway and Amazon takes 6-18 BUSINESS days) and not charge you shipping (like Amazon does), and give you great wonderful christian service. Does Amazon have a ministy? Look at some of the things they sell. If I sold those items you would not have shopped here.

Come to the store and have us spend an hour with you explaining all the bibles and then you leave and go home and order it on Amazon. Yet our Bibles are on sale 20% off always and if you add the shipping from Amazon it comes out about the same except you get it in one day from us instead of 6-18 days from them. Yes people actually do this. And what is unique you could even tell what church they go to by their behavior.

Customer who drove up in their real expensive car, complained about the price of the bible ON SALE, and then left to purchase it on the internet. I don't think the motive is very genuine in this case. It happened often. For some reason we remember most of you.

To those who wanted us to donate or severely discount things only for them to look good giving away such expensive gifts to their friends. Genuine or not?

There were so many examples of this kind of behavior, it just became to unbearable to continue. We should hold these wolves in sheep's clothing accountable for their actions. The Bible teaches us to be aware of "another Jesus", and "another Gospel", and "another Spirit. I'm not talking about mormonism here either.

To these people we say thank you. It was an absolute blessing for you to allow us to serve your christian needs. We enjoyed serving each an everyone of you!

The best way to explain this is there are many stores out there that sell christian stuff. But we were a Christian store serving the community. If you do not know what this means, read the Bible! Ask yourself does Amazon or the so called christain store you shop at now do this? Is it a fruit of their salvation or just a ploy to get something more from you. IE coupons on a receipt so they can get more of your money.

Our receipts had bible quizzes and bible stories to assist you in the nourishment of your faith. We can only estimate that about 500,000 of these went out into our community over the years. One other fact you should know. The development, printing, paper, delivery, EVERYTHING was donated generously to the store by the same donor for 13 years. This cost was not passed to the store in any way.

Customers who gave donations (hundreds of dollars) for us to give out gift cards to the community at our discretion for those who supported our store.

Customers who could not even get out of their cars due to illnesses when they come to the store. So we would take the items to them in the parking lot to assist them with their purchase.

Customers who were home bound or in a care facility that we would drive to and deliver all their christian needs. And we always made a point to stay and visit with them as well. You would be surprised how lonely these people are.

To those who were in need. The trials in your life just were so challenging. Multiple family deaths, suicides, divorce etc. The answers were just not their for you from your church or others. It became abundantly clear that we were providing a much needed christian perspective on things. It is clear that many pastors are too busy with their self interest and not concerned about your needs. Please know that you are not alone. Their were so many. And we were glad to help those who were genuinely seeking out guidance. We sought outside sources many times to ensure we were giving God given guidance. We took this seriously. Names were never mentioned and confidentiality was a priority. You were never a burden. We enjoyed helping others when they needed it. We thank you for your trust.

Many bibles given away anonymously. The Bible teaches us not to let the left hand know what the other hand is doing.

The customers who brought their pets to the store. They were always welcome. They never messed either!

The kids love the train! Train up a child in the ways of the Lord. Yes we could have used that space many times for displays and profit. But the children always came first.

Finding all those out of print books and cd's that had special meaning to a customer. Most of the time we never made a dime on these transactions. It was our way to just give them the boost they needed usually during a time of trial in their life.

Customers who looked so stunned when their credit card would not work and I would get their name, hand them the bag, and just say mail me a check.

Customers we would ship product to with a reciept for them to send the check back. No prepay. Just trust in God and that persons faith and character as a christian.

Sadly to the elderly woman who would call in the morning once in a while from her care facility just to get some answers about her faith. To have a fellow christian to talk to. Just to start off her day on a positive note. Just wanted to express her generous faith to us even though she is in the worst of situations with health etc.
She passed away recently and we will never forget her. She was an amazing inspiration. Are you that amazing with your faith? I have met so few who even come close!
